Yusheng Qiu

Research Associate

Biography

Yusheng is a research associate with Prof. Grasselli’s research group. He finished his BASc and MASc at the University of Toronto in Civil and Mineral Engineering in 2015 and 2019, respectively. He has a personal interest in mineralogy and petrography, rock mechanics testing, instrumented indentation, and multi-phase FDEM modelling of cementitious materials. Currently, he is working on construction of a custom X-ray transparent vessel for confined rock mechanics testing.
