Biography
Liang Ding is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Physics, University of Toronto, specializing in geophysics with a broad base of experience in seismology and source characterization. His works involve optimizing sensor arrays in earthquake monitoring at multiple scales, full moment tensor inversion with 3D background models and stored strain Greens function database, and triggering mechanisms of earthquakes at various scales.
